  Ordered inside took 15 minutes to get food, when we did get food it wasn't very warm, asked for 2 sauces and she repeated the sauces back but only gave us 1 of the 2 sauces so my Fiancee went up to get the other sauce she waited another almost 5 minutes trying to get their attention and finally had to just go behind the counter and get it herself. Terrible customer service in that restaurant.

  Manager at ordering window didn't know own what she was doing and even said "Jesus Christ I don't freaking know what I'm doing". I proceeded on to get the 12 piece bucket with 3 sides no drinks. She said they're was a upcharge for white meat. Keep in mind it says a 12 piece with sides on the menu is 20 something dollars. Well after she did the upcharge she white meat it brought my total up to about $49.00 for a 12 piece bucket and 3 sides. Seems abit steep to me since the advertised price is about 20. Also I had to substitute some of my meat for dark and get a different style because they where outside of chicken.
